I communicate with Property Management about any building issues and coordinate construction and maintenance projects to be as non-invasive and non-disruptive as possible. Additionally, I am responsible for building security by ensuring all employees have badges and that guests are properly checked in and badged. I oversee the Mountain View and San Fransisco offices.
I create videos for hiring and recruitment, partnering with various departments to ensure a quality video that’s up to design standards and accurately represents the roles of that department. I also contact licensing agencies for background music and audio.
Delivering snacks and drinks along an establish route. Job duties include respecting the clients budget, cleaning and servicing machines, ensuring the truck is stocked with ordered product for the days delivery and contacting account managers about any missing product for the day.
